Queen is a good word for “Q“:
“All I Ask Is That You Treat Me No Differently Than You Would The Queen” ~Anonymous
“There is no use trying, said Alice; one can’t believe impossible things. I dare say you haven’t had much practice, said the Queen. When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” ~Lewis Carroll
I also like a Band called Queen. They sing some of my favorite songs!

By Dora Ficher, on May 9th, 2012 "O" is for Original ~ Ink Drawing – © 2012 Dora Ficher
“O” was not a very easy letter to find words to.
I like the word “Original”
Something is original if it has never been done before. An idea is original if it has never been thought of before, and a painting is original if it is the first time that picture has been painted. If something has been made as a copy or modified from something else, the thing it has been copied from is the original.

By Dora Ficher, on May 7th, 2012 "N" for Neighborhood ~ Ink Drawing – © 2012 Dora Ficher
I had to think long and hard to find my favorite “N” word. It didn’t just come to me like with other letters.
I was happy to come up with the word “Neighborhood” :
- an area within a city or town that has some distinctive features (especially one forming a community); “an ethnic neighborhood”
- A neighborhood or neighbourhood (see spelling differences) is a geographically localized community within a larger city, town or suburb. Neighborhoods are often social communities with considerable face-to-face interaction among members.
And thinking about the word neighborhood I got these long ago memories of Mr. Rogers and his song: “Won’t you be my neighbor?”.
Do you have favorite “N” words?
